If we decrease the count of food, then the number of food will not fit the number of customer, this cause complains from customer.
So this is not easy to decrease cost about food in plane at the same time keep the quality of service.
2. Solution about food in plane problem.
We could build a model that made by history data (for example, order data in different time segment, the actually customer number, aviation food order data and waste data) and investigation on order the ticket and assign ticket. We could also integrate ticket system to count the ordered ticket to build food optimized system based on this model, and then we could provide our support on different decision-making points.
