1). Firstly, build the system about workflow, divide it into three parts: decision, management, and business. Raise did the training about workflow system building, make the leader group clear the system, realize the advantage and essentiality about it.

4.The project result
1). Build main group and two sub-groups workflow system, chose the key process, instruct group and it’s sub-company to make decision, manage and support process, paint the process, build the guide of workflow. It also design and optimize 216 processes through many times communication.
2). Build a rule that process management, shape the process operation, and promote the operation efficiency. Design the plan and keep optimization. We are trying to extend those models and tools to other sub-company based on main company and that two sub-company’s models and tools.
